3 days of team time in Balve – community, dialogue and planning
Our administration – from office and field staff to management – travelled to Balve for three days. The perfect setting to discuss upcoming topics, plans and ideas in peace and quiet.
In addition to the substantive discussions, one thing above all took centre stage: togetherness. With varied team activities, joint activities and a great atmosphere, we not only sorted out topics, but also strengthened our sense of togetherness.
