Recycling concept
Our recycling concept for remanufacturing diaphragm gas meters. Sustainability not only conserves resources, but also offers our customers economic benefits and short-term availability of our gas measuring devices. We therefore rely on proven repair processes that we have been using in large numbers since 1965:
The reuse of the housing, measuring and totalizer mechanism for diaphragm gas meters. On request, we can upgrade the meters with smart totalizers such as the Encoder or Cyble, making the gas meter suitable for connection to the SMGW. We achieve the following goals with our recycling process: short-term availability, sustainability, “green production” (energy-saving reprocessing), resource conservation, compliance with the Circular Economy Act 2020, DIN 14001 certification (recycling concept with sensible recovery)
optimized profitability.
Today’s legislation requires extensive compliance, which we ensure in our recycling process. Our refurbished GÜZ diaphragm gas meters meet the following conformity requirements:
