Hermann Pipersberg jr. GmbH, a company steeped in tradition, is realigning its leadership structure with a deliberate focus on continuity and internal expertise.

As part of this restructuring, long-standing authorized signatory and operations manager Yusa Özkilic will take over the operational management.
He has been with the company for eight years, distinguishing himself through dedication, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the business.
His appointment to the management team is exemplary of the path Pipersberg actively promotes: fostering development and responsibility from within.

He will continue to be supported by Philipp Gremm, who has been firmly rooted in the company for 12 years and possesses extensive experience as Commercial Manager.
Since early 2025, he has also served as an authorized signatory and is now taking on increased responsibilities in operational leadership.
He represents reliability as well as the sustainable advancement of the corporate strategy.
